Clients had earlier mobile applications with slow processing and a lot of issues. They wanted to improve the quality of the app and admin panel as well. We come up with new solutions and methods to implement the same. The user experience of the existing system was very bad so wanted the system in such a way that anyone can use the system easily.

We focused on enhancing the business through well-planned strategies and effective marketing methods. Since dry-cleaning and laundry service providers need to digitize operations to serve customers more efficiently, we proposed an application featuring QR code scanning at the initial stage. This allows users to easily place orders into the locker, while the Dhobi can process them further using the Dhobi Locker Pro app.
Chipsy developed an application that streamlines access to dry-cleaning and laundry services in Bangalore and the UK. Customers can log in via mobile number or social accounts and set a 4-digit PIN. Users scan the QR code installed in the building to place an order, which is then processed by the Dhobi or franchise through the Dhobi Locker Pro app and returned to the locker with a PIN. After payment, users can retrieve their completed orders. All these actions are efficiently managed through the admin system.
