Udupi connects to many beautiful places via road. Bike rental is also one of the most affordable ways for a city commute. EZ Rental has 10+ different vehicle makes to choose from and offers self-drive services in Udupi, Manipal, Mangalore, Surathkal. The user wants to relocate to the city and looking for a house on rent, or even if he wants a day out to roam around the city for shopping, or just want to go out for a lunch and movie with friends, a two-wheeler rental can be the best and most affordable way of city commuting. EZ Rental offers flexible km plans for different needs.
Solution defined
EZ rental is all about customer flexibility. One can log in to the system by mobile number and OTP. As it offers individuals the option to pick up a vehicle of their own choice from their nearest branch. With EZ Rental, the user hiring experience is hassle-free as the tariff always includes insurance and taxes. Admin is doing all the admin management controls.

Outcome of proposed solution
We developed a user-friendly application with the following choices:
- Download the Ez Rental app, registered through mobile number, select the Bike, location, and duration for the trip.
- Upload driver’s license prior to the booking start time and then ride off to the destination.
- Daily, weekly, or monthly rental options.
- Insurance, and taxes always included in the rate.
- 10+ different makes to choose from – a range of Scooters, Cruisers, Sport Bikes.
- Return the Bike to the same location after a happy trip!
All these user actions will be controlled by the admin system.
