  2. Project Delays: In case of significant delays (beyond the agreed timeline) caused solely by our team, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on the level of completion and the specific terms agreed upon in the service contract.
  3. Unsatisfactory Service: If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon scope or standards, we will review the case and provide a refund based on the extent of deviation. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  1. Completed Projects: Once a project has been completed and approved, no refunds will be processed.
  2. Third-Party Services: Any fees paid to third-party providers (e.g., domain registration, hosting services) are non-refundable.
  3. Change of Mind: Refunds are not applicable if you change your mind after services have already been initiated or after approval has been given.

  • Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the status within 7 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
