CHIPSY IT Services Pvt. Ltd. designed and developed a mobile application, named the MAHE CONNECT app, for the 30th convocation of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal.
We created this app to make the MAHE convocation process digital, paperless, and more efficient. Eligible students use the app to upload passport-size photographs for printing on their certificates. They can also select preferred MAHE convocation dates and access auto-generated seat numbers inside the auditorium.
The application was built on Flutter, Angular, Node JS and MongoDB frameworks. The app proved to be very efficient in managing around 4500+ guests over 3 days without any glitches or problems during the Convocation day, which made the CHIPSY team immensely proud of their work and contribution.
Similar apps help manage movie seat bookings and seating arrangements for exams, events, and conferences. They also provide digital food coupons to guests. We proudly took part in this massive effort and made it an amazing experience.
